TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By booking a photoshoot with me, you agree to the terms below. I like to keep things clear and fair, so we both know what to expect.
1. Booking & Payment
You can book a shoot by email, Instagram, or WhatsApp. Once we confirm the details, I’ll send you a booking confirmation.
A deposit or full payment is required in advance to secure your spot. The exact amount depends on the type of shoot and will be discussed beforehand.
2. Rescheduling or Cancellation
You can reschedule your shoot up to 72 hours in advance free of charge. No problem—I’m happy to think along and find a new date that works.
To secure your date, a 50% non-refundable retainer is required upon booking. This retainer covers the reserved time, planning, and turning down other inquiries for that date.
The remaining 50% is due no later than 30 days before the shoot.
If you cancel within 30 days of the shoot, the full retainer remains non-refundable.
If you cancel within 72 hours or don’t show up, the full session fee will still apply.
3. Bad Weather
Since most shoots happen outdoors, bad weather (like heavy rain or storms) might require changes.
We’ll discuss together whether to reschedule or adjust. I’m flexible – what matters most is that you’re happy with the result.
4. Delivery of Photos
Photos will be delivered within 2 weeks via an online gallery.
RAW files are not included.
5. Use of Photos (by me)
I may share your images on my website, social media, or in promotional materials.
If you prefer to keep your photos private, just let me know before the shoot, and I’ll respect that.
6. Use of Photos (by you)
You’re welcome to use the photos for personal purposes – like social media or printing for your home.
Commercial use (ads, branding, resale, etc.) is only allowed with my written permission.
Please credit me when sharing online (e.g., @elmamaaskant or elmamaaskant.com).
7. Elopements & Weddings
For elopements and (mini)weddings, specific rates, terms, and delivery times apply.
We’ll discuss all details in advance.
Larger weddings may have a delivery time of up to 4 weeks. A separate deposit and cancellation policy applies to these shoots.
8. Liability
I do everything I can to ensure a smooth experience. However, I’m not responsible for delays, accidents, or issues beyond my control – like weather, technical failure, or force majeure.
9. Travel & Location Costs
The session price includes travel within a certain radius from my location in Croatia.
For longer distances or special locations (like national parks with entry fees), additional costs may apply – we’ll always agree on this beforehand.
